TAVI

At the foot of the Hollywood hills this new 79 unit apartment building has roof decks with pools, lounges and outdoor entertaining. The main
central courtyard is designed as the compo for this classic Spanish styled building. A 40’ long water feature serves as the anchor for the entry court while large leafed yet drought tolerant planting creates a
tropical oasis. Carefully detailed custom tile carpets and fountains are reminiscent of the 1930’s Hollywood craftsmanship that defines the
neighborhood.
