We collaborated with Marisol Metcalfe Landscape Design on this gorgeous estate for a family expanding their residence for parents and growing family. The grounds will feature a grassy knoll, a reflecting fountain and water runnel, sports court, entertaining area under a shade trellis, and privacy hedges and fencing.

Elegant cobblestone walkways and stonework walls will wind around a lush floral palette of white and blues mixed with California natives. Numerous trees can be found, from apples espalier to groves of citrus, crepe myrtle, specimen Coast Live Oak, Eastern Redbud, Chinese Pistachio, magnolias, and olives.
